1. Select 'More' then 'Staff' from the main menu.



2. Select 'Rosters' from the lop left menu. 



3. Here you can view all staff calendars for any day/week. You can change which staff roster you are viewing by selecting them from the drop box.



4. Select which event type you would like to add. Then click/click and drag on the calendar to create your event. 





5. To change the week, select previous or next.




6. To copy a whole weeks events, select 'Copy', navigate to the week you want then select 'Paste'.



7. When you click on a staff event, you can adjust things such as changing the event type and duplicating the same event for a different day(s).
