1. Once a client has submitted a request for an appointment, you will receive an email.


2. Click on the email to view the details, then select 'Confirm' to either confirm/cancel the appointment.


3. Once you have clicked confirm, you will be taken to the Online Bookings confirmation page for your salon.


4. This screen works similarly to the rebook feature of Streamlined Salon. Your client's appointment details will appear, as well as your staff calendar for the selected date.


5.  Once you have viewed/edited the details of the appointment, click either 'Confirm' or 'Cancel' appointment. 



6. Your client will then receive an automated SMS either confirming or cancelling their requested appointment. 


7. If the appointment was confirmed, you should now see that appointment in your staff calendar.





You can also confirm appointments by simply clicking on the appointment from your staff calendar.


1. Once a client has requested an appointment via online bookings, their appointment appears in the staff calendar under a different colour with a question mark. This indicates that the appointment is awaiting confirmation.



2. Click on the appointment to confirm/cancel.


3. The same confirmation page that is shown above will appear. 


4. If the request is cancelled, the appointment will disappear from the calendar. If it is confirmed, it will appear in the correct colour for the corresponding staff member and will have a web icon next to the client's name to indicate the booking was made online.
