If you have sent out an SMS campaign and you run out of credits while it is sending, you can now continue the campaign once you have recharged. Your campaign's status will be 'Stopped - Out of Credits' and will show details on how many recipients were reached and how many remaining. Based on this information, recharge your SMS credits and come back to this list to select 'Continue'. Your campaign status will update once it has sent to the remaining recipients. 


1. Find your campaign in the SMS Campaign list. 

2. If you did not have sufficient credits to send to all recipients, the status of your campaign will say 'Stopped - Out of Credits'. You have the option to either continue or cancel the campaign.

3. If you choose to cancel, the recipients who have already received the campaign will not be affected. The status will change to sent, and give details of how many received the SMS and how many did not.


4. If you choose to continue, you will  need to recharge your SMS credits via the SMS page.

5. Once you have done this, return to the SMS campaign list and select 'Continue'.

6. Your campaign will then send to the rest of the recipients and status will change to 'Sent...'.
